Hello! My name is Kyla Mae. Born and raised in Manila, I moved to the United States in order to share all the flavors, sentiments and rich traditions that accompany the Filipino culinary culture. The powerful, innovative, yet traditional and home-y taste of Hilaga is a love letter to my home in a language that everyone can understand: deliciousness.
